One of the best places to enjoy a great meal at any time of day. Owner is an excellent cook. I have been there many times.

Friendly local coffee shop. Finding this place was a gem and felt like a real look at NYC. An older woman was telling the owner how she had tried a danish at another place that was not as good as his. Its a small space but has character and there were regulars in there coming and going

Exactly the kind of homey, neighborhood spot you think you will never find in NYC. I love this place for breakfast. The coffee is delightful and the whole wheat croissants are delicate and delicious. The oatmeal has hints of cardamon. But mostly the owner is warm and inviting and makes everyone feel at home.

Love this place. Come for the muffins and bialys. Stay for the atmosphere.

Great place!!! Sammy the owner knows Everyone. I was just sitting there and everybody that came in was on first name bases. A real gem! Everytime I come to New York i will definitely stop by.

This place is a hidden gem! Their food is always so fresh and delicious- breakfast or lunch. Always so well seasoned and the variety is just superb! Reasonable prices as well! Thank you to the always kind owner!

I haven't tasted my bagels yet but giving 5 stars for being nice, friendly, positive and cozy place that it is. Exchanged two words with a guy who works there, he looks like a nice guy. Definitely will be visiting when close by.

Such a nice place. I totally spaced out and forgot to pay before leaving, but when I came running back in the man there (I think the owner?) said he didn't worry about it at all and was so cool. Plus the bagel was delicious! Great business that I love to support

Love this place. Friendly owner, greets everyone with a smile and a quick quip. Lots of delicious choices--my favorite here is the everything whole wheat bagel with lox spread and onions. Cozy, funky spot. One of these days when I'm not rushed I'll dine in.

Looks like nothing from the outside but the food is very very good. LOVE IT. Very fresh and tasteful combinations. It's one of the places I go to every time I'm in NYC for work or vacation. Closed Mondays and sometimes Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

I usually pick up food to go from here, but let me tell you, it is so worth the sit down. The food, even if its a simple bagel sandwich, is way better than I could ever make it, and I keep returning for more. Seriously delicious, highly recommend. The owner is so incredibly nice and thoughtful. This is easily becoming my favorite spot in Jackson Heights.
